Church View Campsite, Suffolk

Situated in West Suffolk in between Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket, just 2 miles off the main A14, Church View Campsite offers 4 acres of lawn set in the grounds of Suffolk Academy, a sports and entertainment centre. We have plenty to offer on-site including a children's play area and exciting activities for our guests to enjoy, including archery, an obstacle course, a gym, a campfire area, mini golf and our very popular escape rooms! After a busy day of activities, sit back and relax in our cafe bar that serves delightful food & drinks or why not treat yourself to a massage to your soothe aching muscles? *Activities may require pre-booking, please enquire.

We are in the perfect location, the local village of Barrow is 0.6 miles away and has two pubs: The Three Horseshoes which serves local ales & pub grub and the prestigious Weeping Willow which provides high end quality meals and service. There are also two general stores, a post office, a fish and chip shop and play area with skate ramps for the children. Our site will not only appeal to those looking for a place to relax and appreciate the views but also to the more energetic who will enjoy walking or cycling along surrounding quiet lanes.

We welcome tourers, motorhomes and tents and the showers & toilets are available 24 hrs a day. Family groups are welcome.
You will be made very welcome by your hosts Glen and Julie who enjoy the sociable aspect of running a campsite. In the majority of cases the answer is always ‘Yes’.
