We are set in 70 acres of landscaped parkland with 10 acres of woodland trails alongside the River Mole. We offer excellent leisure facilities and we are an ideal base to explore the moors and local award winning beaches of North Devon at Croyde and Woolacombe.

On-site you will find fantastic fishing lakes, the Riverside Country Club which is renowned for its food and a play area for the little ones to enjoy. We offer a variety of ways to stay including premium pitches, hardstanding pitches, grass pitches, RV American Motorhome pitches, static holiday homes to hire and en-suite rooms.

If you want to explore the local area, there is a bus stop located at the park entrance or a footpath that will take you to the market town of South Molton.

The Riverside Country Club has a stunning bar and restaurant that offers park visitors the chance to relax in comfort and enjoy the family friendly atmosphere, whilst sampling the wonderful selection of local food and drink on offer. The bar & restaurant is also entirely dog-friendly so you don’t have to leave your furry friends at home and there is also free Wi-Fi and free parking on offer to all customers. With two wide screen TVs, the Country Club also offers the perfect place to catch all live action fixtures while you’re away. There’s also a very special shaped pool table guaranteed to keep big and small kids entertained for hours.

For fishing fanatics, we have three lakes to choose from that are well stocked with Specimen Carp, Bream, Koi Carp, Tench, Carp and Perch. Great consideration has been taken with the development of our lakes to provide quality fishing for the novice as well as the more competent fisherman.
